Stella Gjinali

Stella comes from a diverse professional background and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has gained throughout the years the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in different areas such as Personnel Relations, Talent Acquisition, Bookkeeping, Payroll, HR, Methods to solve problems in a workplace, and Best Practice in Administration. Stella has a kin eye to detail, she is highly organized which helps her identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and increase productivity for businesses. She recognizes the immense importance in handling financial reporting accurately and within deadlines, this is a major factor which builds stress for many business owners, her goal is to elevate this matter and help business owners focus more in growing their business and spend less time worrying in how to run their finances. In her latest position as a Payroll and Human Resources Manager she implemented different methods and procedures to eliminate errors and increased both accuracy and efficiency. Stella has an extensive experience with a variety of financial and computer programs such as QuickBooks, Sage Construction and Real Estate, ADP, and Microsoft Suite. As a Payroll/Bookkeeping Professional and an IO Consultant, Stella is dedicated in helping business owners reach their financial goals, and to grow both personally and professionally, by customizing a financial plan which uniquely fits their needs.

Maria Anagnos

Maria holds over 30 years of accounting experience overseeing the day-to-day operations in the finance department of businesses. Working as a comptroller, and head of the finance department in her latest position she has gained the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in managing and overseeing advanced accounting procedures and bookkeeping practices as well as employee relations and developed a kin eye to assessing business financial needs to save money and increase productivity. She is dedicated in her work to help businesses break the complex maze of financial jargon required to grow and develop successfully by helping them overcome difficulties while trying to manage their finances, throughout these years of building a track record in finance management, Maria realized the immense need for competent, reliable and honest bookkeepers and financial managers. She has a track record of 95% in collecting receivables, and a 90% in obtaining Audit refunds, including correspondences with the IRS to resolve various issues. Maria is proficient in QuickBooks, SAGE Master Builders/ Timberline and CRE, as well as Microsoft Suite. She is passionate to work with numbers, highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a knack in designing and re-designing bookkeeping systems that help businesses grow stronger, and help customize a financial approach that best suits each client independently.
